Deposits
All bookings require a non-refundable deposit to secure your appointment.
This deposit will be applied as a credit toward the total cost of your detailing service.
If you cancel or reschedule with at least 24 hours’ notice, your deposit will still be valid and applied to your next appointment.
No-shows or cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled service will forfeit the deposit.
Service Refunds
Due to the nature of our services, all completed services are non-refundable.
However, if you’re not satisfied, please contact us within 24 hours of your appointment, and we’ll do our best to address any concerns or make it right.
